SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-10 days of ordering. All items are sent 2nd class Royal Mail delivery.
During the Christmas period, you have the option of selecting Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
Behind the scenes at Beyond Messy, we strive to take great care in examining all products before shipping in order to reach you in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via beyond.messy21@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also advise that if you receive a delivery and notice the item has been damaged, please refuse delivery.
As a customer, it is your responsibility for all postage costs when returning an item. We advise using a tracked service alongside proof of postage.
In all cases when we receive a return, all items will be carefully inspected. We will then notify you via email that we have received your item alongside an approval or refusal of a refund.
If an item is confirmed as faulty, we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/refund). A refund can only be issued by the original method of payment. This can take between 3 – 5 business working days.
If an item is not deemed faulty, then we are unable to offer a replacement/refund and a reason will be provided within your email.
LOST/MISSING ITEMS
We use our preferred and trusted courier The Royal Mail to make sure your products reach you in perfect condition. Please note that Beyond Messy does not accept responsibility of parcels being damaged or lost during the shipping process.
